MIKE EBEN & FRIENDS: THE BIRTH OF COOL

April is Jazz Appreciation Month. This concert kicks off a month-long JAM celebration that will be part of an extended 35th annual Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest throughout April.
As part of the Miles Davis Centennial, saxophonist Mike Eben and friends will perform the music from Miles’ iconic recording “Birth of the Cool.”
Joining Mike will be Rob Diener, trumpet; Bob Meashey, trumpet; Rob Stoneback, trombone; Al Stokes, French horn; Ken Kemmerer, tuba; Chris Heslop, baritone sax; Marty Mellinger, piano; Steve Meashey, bass; and Larry Marshall, drums.
